On the Andaman coast the timetable depends on the season. Bundhaya Speed Boat runs some routes all year with extra departures in high season, and others only in high season. All year: Phuket–Ao Nang, Phuket–Koh Lanta, Ao Nang–Koh Phi Phi, Ao Nang–Koh Lanta and Koh Phi Phi–Koh Lanta. High season only: the long runs south to Koh Lipe (from Phuket, Koh Phi Phi and Koh Lanta) and Phuket–Koh Yao Noi.
From Phuket
From Phuket, Bundhaya’s speedboats reach Ao Nang in about 1 hour 10 minutes (11:00 all year, plus 09:00 and 13:30 in high season), Koh Lanta in about 1 hour 30 minutes (4 departures in high season, 1 at 10:00 in the green season), Koh Yao Noi in about 1 hour (high season, 09:00 and 13:00) and Koh Lipe in about 5 hours (high season, 08:30 and 10:00).
From Ao Nang (Krabi), Koh Phi Phi and Koh Lanta
Ao Nang to Koh Phi Phi takes about 50 minutes (10:10 and 14:40 all year) and Ao Nang to Koh Lanta about 1 hour 30 minutes (10:10 all year, plus 13:00 and 14:40 in high season). Koh Phi Phi to Koh Lanta is a short hop of about 30 minutes. In high season Koh Phi Phi to Koh Lipe takes about 4 hours (09:30 and 11:00) and Koh Lanta to Koh Lipe about 3 hours (10:30 and 12:30).
